Company formations

We charge £100 for a limited company formation. The original Certificate of Incorporation will be available on the following day if the company is ordered before 11am. A pdf version of the Certificate will be available on the same day (if ordered before 11am).

The price includes the formation of the company, the provision of a statutory register and the completion/submission of the form CT41G (if required).

Please note that identification and proof of address will be required at the time of order.

Company registrar

Our company registrar service maintains the company register and deals with all statutory aspects of the company, from filing the annual return and accounts to submitting change of details forms etc.

Fees are charged per form/document prepared and submitted, at the cost of £15 per form.

Business Start-Ups

We can offer advice to anyone thinking of starting up in business and can also produce business plans for the proposed business. Typically, a business plan will include a description of the business, the key personnel, the target market and other such information and other such details, together with profit and cash flow projections for the initial period of trading.

Projections and budgets

Projections link with the above service ie. start-ups, but cash flow and profit projections may also be needed by an existing business. The business may wish to raise capital and/or cash flow and may need projections for for finance providers.

Budgets may be set by a business to measure their performance throughout a financial period. We can offer a full budgeting service, from the set-up of the original budget to continual measurement throughout the financial period.

Fees charged by us in respect of the provision of business plans, projections and budgeting services will represent the amount of work done, but would not be inconsistent with our normal fee levels, as indicated in the typical fees displayed on the other services pages.

General

We are bound by the Money Laundering Regulations and will ask for identification and proof of address before undertaking any assignment.

We will also issue a letter of engagement upon appointment. This should be signed, dated and returned to us as soon as possible.
